Verdict Vote, provided by VARR Stack Technologies LLC, is for adults aged 18 and older. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are prohibited, regardless of the age restriction.
Do not use Verdict Vote to groom, sexually exploit or abuse a child; solicit sexual material from a child; engage in sexual extortion or trafficking involving children; or distribute, request, promote or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These rules apply to messages, usernames and other activity within Verdict Vote.
In the app, choose Safety & feedback from Home or Profile → Help & Info. Select Child safety, describe the concern and tap Submit feedback. Your receipt appears inside the app and the submission enters Verdict’s moderation queue. Any signed-in account can submit; identity verification, voting eligibility and a target profile or message are not required. You can also use the in-app Report option beside a received message, on a conversation, or on a user profile. Choose Illegal content or Other and describe the concern. You can also contact adam@varrstacktech.com. Include the username, approximate time and report or message identifier if available. Do not send or redistribute suspected illegal images or videos. You can block an account to stop further messages.
Adam reviews the report queue and designated mailbox daily, prioritizing child-safety concerns. We review reported content and restrict or remove offending content from the app or suspend accounts as appropriate. Specific child-safety cases may be preserved in restricted records, separately from ordinary messages, including after account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for case retention. Adam handles required reports promptly through NCMEC’s CyberTipline or the appropriate regional authority, in accordance with applicable law. Completed CyberTipline reports are recorded with their submission date so required evidence can be preserved for at least one year; specific legal or investigation needs may require longer preservation. Blocking or hiding cannot retract copies already delivered outside the app, including notifications.
Report suspected online child exploitation through the official NCMEC CyberTipline. Do not submit false or test reports. Our in-app report reaches Verdict’s moderation team; it is not itself a report to an authority.
